Members of Wisconsin’s National Guard have returned from deployment.
Nearly 50 citizen soldiers were in Kuwait as part of Operation Spartan Shield since last September. Two units, each serving as a medical company and a chemical company, were deployed. Soldiers are deployed once every five years.
