Investigators say they have identified 24 minors who were intentionally photographed by a Wisconsin sex offender.
According to reports, 41-year-old La Crosse resident Jonathan Staats took the images last fall at a sporting event in Vernon County. The images were discovered at Staats’ home back in March. Staats is already facing ten counts of child porn possession with more charges expected to be filed.
