Wisconsin Democratic Governor Tony Evers is not running for a third term.
Evers was first elected Governor in 2018. He says in his announcement he wants to spend more time with his family after two terms as the state’s Governor. Evers previously served as Wisconsin’s Superintendent of Public Instruction.
