Authorities say there could be more victims of an Eau Claire man charged in a child sex abuse case.
Eighty-two-year-old Robert Karstensen and his neighbor are accused of sexually assaulting several victims over the course of multiple years. Investigators in Barron County say that Karstensen may have victimized more individuals than they are currently aware of through his connections with Chetek River Campground in the 90s. Anyone who may have been one of his victims and wants to come forward is encouraged to contact police.
