Search Leads to Arrest, Multiple Drug Charges

On Wednesday, July 16th, 2025 at approximately 7:00am, at the request of the West Central Drug Task Force, a search warrant was executed by the Eau Claire County Regional SWAT Team at a property in the Township of Union, Eau Claire County. During the execution of the warrant, three (3) male individuals were located and detained.

Once the property was secure, The West Central Drug Task Force, with the assistance of the Eau Claire County Sheriff’s Office, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF), as well as the Wisconsin Department of Justice-Division of Criminal Investigations (DCI) responded to the scene.

A search of the property was conducted and 17 firearms ranging from bolt-action hunting rifles and handguns to semi-automatic AR style rifles were located. Also located was approximately 130 grams of methamphetamine, 67 grams of cocaine, 375 grams of marijuana, and $1,564.00 in U.S. currency. The estimated street value of the drugs located is roughly $13,000. 

Shaun M. Fillmore (43 years old) was transported to the Eau Claire County Jail for the following charges:

-Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine (>50g)

-Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine (>40g)

-Possession with Intent to Deliver THC (>200-1000g)

-Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place

-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

-17 counts of Possession of a Firearm by a Felon

A second individual was taken into custody for a non-related probation warrant and the third individual was released from the scene without charges. 

Fillmore is currently in custody at the Eau Claire County Jail on a $50,000 cash bond.
