Flags across the state will be flying at half-staff on Saturday.
Governor Tony Evers says it’s to honor David and Teri Pabst, the Middleton couple shot dead on July 7th by their son James. Their services are being held the same day. David served in the Wisconsin State Patrol for over 38 years, and Teri was a special education teacher at an elementary school.
