The man accused of kidnapping a teenager is pleading not guilty to child abduction and enticement charges.
Gary Day allegedly kidnapped 16-year-old Sophia Franklin in February, and was with her until her 17th birthday in April when they were found at a Nebraska gas station. Day was already under investigation for child related crimes when the kidnapping happened. His next court date is set for October 7th.
