A new lawsuit wants to bring back fusion voting for Wisconsin voters.
Through fusion voting, a candidate can be nominated by multiple parties on the ballot. Advocates say it’ll energize independent voters and third parties. The suit was filed by a bipartisan coalition of voters. Wisconsin would join New York and Connecticut in practicing it.
