16 more members of Wisconsin’s Task Force 1 are heading to Texas to aid in recovery efforts following deadly floods on July 4th.
The crew is part of the swiftwater team and will be assisting in searching for missing people in Texas Hill Country. There are estimates that roughly 200 people are still missing. Flash flooding risk was upgraded this past weekend, prompting Kerr County to suspend their ground search operations on Sunday.
