EC City Council Approves Budget Changes News | June 26, 2025 | 0 | by Morgan McCarthy The Eau Claire city council this week approved changes to the 2026 Capital Improvement Plan budget. Deputy City Manager Dave Solberg says some of their biggest needs include upgrading the wastewater treatment plant and removing and replacing the Gibson Parking Ramp downtown. He says that project will be done in four steps, and demolition in 2027 is projected to cost three-million-dollars.
