A court date is being set for a lawsuit filed by former UW-La Crosse Chancellor Joe Gow against the university.
Gow claims his termination last year was a violation of his First Amendment rights. Gow was fired after it came to light that he and his wife had been creating porn videos and posting them online. He says that posting the videos was a form of free speech and self-expression. The trial date has been set for June 22nd of next year.
