Former Polk Co. Doctor Charged with Child Enticement

The Wisconsin Department of Justice (DOJ) Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) and Polk County District Attorney Jeffrey Kemp today announced that Kenneth GaleWyrick, a former Polk County doctor, has been charged with multiple counts of child enticement allegedly occurring between 1995 and 2003 in Polk County. GaleWyrick was arrested on Wednesday at his residence in Polson, Mont.

GaleWyrick faces three counts of child enticement. The criminal complaint, filed by the Polk County District Attorney’s Office, alleges that GaleWyrick intended to cause two children to expose a sex organ to him.

This investigation was led by DCI with the assistance of the Montana Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation, Lake County, Mont. Sheriff’s Office, Marathon County, Wis. Sheriff’s Office, and Marathon County, Wis. District Attorney’s Office. The Polk County District Attorney’s Office is prosecuting the case.
