Green Bay Gets Green for Hosting Draft

The City of Green Bay is getting almost two-million-dollars from the state for costs associated with hosting the 2025 NFL Draft.

The funding comes from the Opportunity Attraction and Promotion fund program.  The money will go toward covering security and public safety costs accumulated during the April event.  About 600-thousand people attended the three-day event in Green Bay, which is expected to generate 94-million-dollars in economic activity across Wisconsin.
