Denice Marie Giron, 32 years of age, from Bloomington, MN has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Eau Claire Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 1st offense, with two children in the vehicle under the age of 16.
On Monday, June 9, 2025, at approximately 10:51 PM a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper stopped to assist a motorist that ran out of gas at milepost 105 in Jackson County near Black River Falls. The Trooper observed signs of impairment and the driver, Denice Marie Giron from Bloomington was arrested for operating the motor vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant 1st offense with two minor passengers. Ms. Giron was transported to the local hospital for an evidentiary test of her blood and then to the Jackson County Jail. The children, ages 8 and 2, were released to an adult family member.
