It wasn’t too long ago that we were focused on prom dresses and not graduation gowns. But for this week’s Friday Feel Good we take it back not just to the dance floor, but to many years ago, when a prom couple hit it off and kept a connection that will hit you right in the heart.
A guy in Pennsylvania named Shawn Moyer just got a new kidney, courtesy of his prom date from 35 years ago, Elena Hershey. They weren’t a match but she signed up for a kidney exchange, so hers went to someone else and Shawn got a new one too.
