If you are looking to voice your thoughts and become part of the conversation regarding parking in downtown Eau Claire there are meetings planned. Below is the information:
June 3: 6:30 PM, LE Phillips Memorial Public Library, Riverview Room
This parking meeting is focused on informing and taking feedback from residents who do not live or work in downtown but frequent the downtown. City staff have taken input from residents and visitors who work and/or live in downtown and now the city would like perspectives from people who do not live downtown but enjoy visiting our downtown. A formal presentation will start at 6:30 with time for questions and answers to follow.
June 5: 6:30 PM, LE Phillips Memorial Public Library, RCU Dabble Box Makerspace
This parking meeting will be focused on informing downtown residents, downtown businesses, and residents at large of early parking recommendations that will be presented to the City Council in a work session on June 10. Recommendations will be focused on changes to downtown parking that were referenced in the recent parking study and which of those recommendations will be presented to the City Council this year.
