Head Coach Heads Out: UWEC Women’s Hockey Coach Steps Down

Erik Strand is out as the head coach of the UW-Eau Claire women’s hockey team. 

Strand announced his departure on Thursday, saying in part that coaching at UW-Eau Claire has been one of the greatest honors of his life.  The school’s athletics department is launching a national search for a new head coach. CLICK HERE FOR MORE COVERAGE WITH WEAU 13 NEWS.
