Eau Claire County announced the official launch of its search for a new County Administrator.

The County Administrator serves as the chief administrative officer, responsible for overseeing county operations, managing the annual budget, and implementing policies established by the County Board. This critical leadership role ensures that county services are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with community needs and Board priorities outlined through the strategic plan.
“We are committed to finding a leader who brings a strong vision for the future, a collaborative spirit, and a deep understanding of public service,” said Nancy Coffey, Chair of the Eau Claire County Board. “This is an exciting time for Eau Claire County as we continue to grow and innovate, and we look forward to welcoming a new administrator who can help us build on our momentum.”
The recruitment process is being conducted in partnership with Public Administrator Associates, LLC. Applications will be accepted through June 27, 2025, with candidate selection and interviews expected to take place in the coming months.
