WI Man Picks Up 5th OWI

Dustin Michael Przybylski, 42 years of age, from Milwaukee, WI has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Spooner Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 5th offense. 

A motorist called in a driving complaint of a vehicle that was travelling all over the road on US 53 near Sarona. Officers located the vehicle, and performed a traffic stop for a traffic violation. The vehicle initially stopped but then fled the scene. A pursuit ensued but was later terminated by officers. A passerby saw the vehicle in the ditch on CTH H near Point Road in Burnett County and reported that the driver was slumped down in the driver’s seat and was unresponsive. EMS and officers were dispatched to the vehicle and administered medical care. Upon contact with the driver, a Trooper observed signs of impairment, and a subsequent investigation was conducted. The driver, Dustin Przybylski, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence – 5th offense. Mr. Przybylski was also charged with fleeing an officer. He was transported to a local hospital for medical attention and an evidentiary test of his blood. He was then taken to the Washburn County Jail.
