The Milwaukee judge accused of helping an illegal immigrant get away from federal agents is pleading not guilty.
Prosecutors say County Citcuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan had Eduardo Flores Ruiz in her courtroom last month when she was made aware that Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents were in the courthouse. Dugan is then accused of leading Flores Ruiz through a private exit, away from the agents. Dugan filed a motion to dismiss yesterday, arguing her arrest was unconstitutional and she should have judicial immunity. She will be back in court in July.
