Wisconsin is suing the Department of Transportation over more than 60 million dollars in blocked electric vehicle funding.
Governor Tony Evers says the money was already approved by Congress and should not have been blocked. More than a dozen other states have also joined the lawsuit, which says losing the funds could halt infrastructure plans and job growth.
