Windmill Days is Baldwin’s yearly festivity and according to the Windmill Days Secretary, Melissa Anderson, is more than an event—it’s a celebration of who we are. From the familiar sight of our windmills to the laughter shared in our parks and streets, it brings Baldwin together like nothing else.

Now, they are recongnized as being a Top 5 finalist in the Cenex® Hometown Throwdown, with a chance to win up to $100,000 to keep this beloved tradition thriving and invest in what matters most: our community.

If selected, this award will provide vital support to ensure the growth and sustainability of future Windmill Days festivals. The funding will also be part of a goal to invest in lasting improvements that benefit all who call Baldwin home.
