A Madison cheese sculptor will attend the ‘Taste of the Draft’ in Green Bay April 23rd.
Vicki Janisch says she learned cheese carving from her dairy farmer roots. She plans to create a Lombardi Trophy from Wisconsin cheddar. The event is a fundraiser for the non profit GENYOUth, working to end student hunger.
