A two-million-dollar cash bail is set for the man accused of abducting a pregnant Wisconsin teen and leaving the state.
Forty-year-old Gary Day faced a judge in Dodge County Court today for child abduction and child enticement charges. Police say the teen was missing for nearly two months. She’s five-months pregnant with Day’s child. The judge is ordering Day to have no contact with the girl, her family, or any other minors, citing his extreme flight risk.
