The winter moratorium on cutting off some utilities in Wisconsin will end April 15th.
The Public Service Commission and Department of Administration are encouraging electric and natural gas customers with outstanding bills to contact their providers. They may be able to make a payment arrangement. The moratorium runs from November through April 15th and prohibits utility providers from disconnecting heating services if a customer hasn’t paid.
