La Crosse Mayor Mitch Reynolds gave his final city update as his time in office will be ending.
In his address he thanked everyone and said” it was a great honor and privilege to in the community.” Reynolds term ends next Friday when mayor-elect Shaundel Washington-Spivey will be sworn into office.
