The St. Croix County assistant district attorney is in trouble with the law.
Bela Ballo is accused of threatening three judges and driving recklessly while his family was in the car. The defendant has been charged with threatening a judge, disorderly conduct, possession of THC, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Prosecutors say Ballo informed a co-worker that the judges needed to bleed after making decisions not in his favor. Meanwhile, the defendant’s wife told police that her husband yelled at her and drove 90 miles per hour on March 26th. Ballo is due in court on April 16th.
