While UW-Stout’s annual Fashion Without Fabric runway show is sold out again this year, members of the media are still invited to cover the event, which begins at 7 p.m. on Saturday, April 12, in the Memorial Student Center Great Hall. Doors will open at 6 p.m.
This year’s theme is “Welcome to Phenomonie!” At Fashion Without Fabric, hundreds of students collaborate to bring wearable sculptures to life on the runway in front of a packed house. In collaboration with industry partners and alumni, the School of Art and Design will award two $1,000 scholarships to the winners of the competitive show. It is a highly visual event that provides excellent moments for capturing photos and videos.
