WI Teen Bound Over for Trial

WI Teen Bound Over for Trial

The Wisconsin teen accused of killing his mother and stepfather is being bound over for trial.

Nikita Casap had his preliminary hearing today in Waukesha County.  He’s facing multiple charges including two counts of first-degree homicide.  Prosecutors say he killed Tatiana Casap, his mother, and Donald Mayer, his stepfather, in February.  Casap is then accused of stealing his parents’ car and driving through multiple states before he was arrested in Kansas.  The judge overseeing the hearing says he sees probable cause that Casap committed a felony.  He then bound the teen over to a jury trial.

Casap will be back in court early next month to enter his pleas.
