If you are looking for resources for improving mental health, the YMCA is planning an event to bring options to the public. Below are the details from the YMCA.

Eau Claire Downtown YMCA is excited to host the Stronger Together Recovery & Mental Health Resource Fair, offering a wealth of resources focused on substance use disorder recovery and mental health. This event will include a children’s play area, three speakers delivering 15-minute presentations, prize drawings, and much more. The event is free and open to the general public.
“The Stronger Together Recovery & Mental Health Resource Fair aims to connect the community with organizations that educate, inform, and provide valuable resource materials, while also serving as a platform to explore mental health resources,” said Julie Wilson.
The resource fair is an opportunity for individuals and families to engage with local agencies and services that support mental wellness and recovery efforts. Attendees will have the chance to speak directly with representatives from various organizations, participate in interactive activities, and gather information that can aid in their personal journeys or those of loved ones.
