Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul says he’s planning on taking legal action against Elon Musk in response to a cash prize he’s announced related to the Wisconsin Supreme Court election.
In a statement on X, Kaul said they were aware of an offer Musk posted to award a million dollars to two people at an event in Wisconsin this weekend. The Attorney General says they’re seeking a court order to stop this from happening. The Wisconsin Supreme Court election on Tuesday will determine control of the state’s High court.
