Millions Set for Disabled, Senior Transportation Improvements

More than six-point-three million dollars is earmarked to improve transportation for disabled people and seniors in Wisconsin.

The Department of Transportation is announcing the funding today. Transportation improvement projects are meant to help people in need get to places like work, grocery stores, and medical appointments. The federal and state grant money is going to almost 60 agencies across the state.
