Rare Opportunity for Outdoor Lovers

Rare Opportunity for Outdoor Lovers

Volunteers are needed to help gather information for a rare plant program.

The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources said it’s a way to track trends on the plant population during state and national conservation efforts.  It’s the largest collection of rare plant data for the state.  A representative said “whether you have botanical knowledge, a commitment to conservation or are just passionate about plants, this is a great opportunity to enjoy the outdoors while making a difference.”  For more details on how to volunteer CLICK HERE.
