There will be a change coming to the United Way. Below is the release announcing the search for a new Executive Director.

United Way of the Greater Chippewa Valley today announced that Ryan Ludy will be stepping down from his role as Executive Director. Ryan has been a pivotal leader in the organization, driving numerous successful initiatives and fostering community engagement during his tenure.
Ryan Ludy’s career has been marked by significant achievements, including the launch of the recent Gratitude Gala and building the team that will lead the United Way forward. His dedication and vision have greatly contributed to the mission of United Way, and his impact will be felt for years to come.
“It has been an honor to serve as Executive Director of United Way of the Greater Chippewa Valley,” said Ryan Ludy. “I am incredibly proud of what we have accomplished together and am confident that the organization will continue to thrive and make a positive difference in our community.”

United Way of the Greater Chippewa Valley remains dedicated to improving lives and strengthening the community through collaborative efforts and impactful programs. Beginning next week, Kristin Schmidt, will be serving as the Communications Liaison to the community. The Board of Directors has initiated a comprehensive search for a new Executive Director. During this transition period.
