The Chippewa County Executive Committee authorized Dave Bretl and Jon Hochkammer, of Public Administration Associates, LLC (PAA), to discuss the parameters of an employment agreement with County Administrator finalist, Andrew (Andy) Albarado, with whom we now have a tentative agreement.
The Executive Committee will meet on March 4, 2025 to finalize the employment agreement and resolution to appoint Mr. Albarado and forward to the County Board.
No action to appoint Mr. Albarado is final until the full County Board takes formal action to approve the recommended appointment. The County Board will consider and take action on the County Administrator appointment resolution and employment agreement on March 11, 2025.
If the County Board of Supervisors approve to appoint Mr. Albarado at the March 11, 2025 County Board meeting, he will commence employment with Chippewa County on Monday, April 28, 2025.
