In his new budget proposal, Governor Tony Evers proposed a new butter-themed license plate.
Money from special plates generate millions of dollars. Special plates cost twenty-five dollars. The Evers administration said it doesn’t have a design for the new plate but wants to incorporate yellow in to mimic butter.
