Rebecca Elyce Good, 35 years of age, from Alma Center, WI has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Eau Claire Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 1st offense, with two children in the vehicle under the age of 16.
A Trooper with the Wisconsin State Patrol stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-94 eastbound at mile post 126. The Trooper observed that the driver, Rebecca Good, showed signs of impairment. A subsequent investigation, including standardized field sobriety testing, showed that Ms. Good was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant. She was subsequently arrested and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant 1st offense while having two passengers under 16 years old in the vehicle. The two minor passengers were turned over to the care of their father. Ms. Good was transported to a local hospital for an evidentiary chemical test of her blood and then released to a responsible adult.
