A woman is being charged for business theft in Eau Claire County.
Jacy Bohaty was hired as the director to oversee the Marshfield Medical Center in Eau Claire in April 2022. Several fraudulent charges were found on her company card between October 2022 and February 2023, and she also used her mentor’s card, totaling over 25-thousand dollars in reported charges. The 33-year-old tried to deny the misuse of the business credit cards but did admit to linking them to her PayPal account. She also confirmed that she’s had a gambling addiction. Bohaty’s initial appearance is scheduled for March 11th.
