A million dollar Powerball ticket is sold in La Crosse.
The Wisconsin Lottery says the winning ticket was sold at Festival Foods Village on State Road. A 100-thousand-dollar All or Nothing was sold in Kenosha at a Kwik Trip on 75th Street. Both tickets won during drawings on Monday night.
