The Eau Claire Area Stars Hockey team and Chippewa Falls-Menomonie Sabers Hockey team are set to begin the 2025 Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association playoffs at home later this month.
The Stars are the number three seed in Sectional Two and will host Hudson, number six seed, on February 20th or 21st. The Sabers earned the number four seed and will host number five Black River Falls on February 20th. The girls and boys state championship games on March 8th will be available to watch on the WQOW website and the WIAA Sports Live app.
