WI Joins 19 States To Sue DOGE From Accessing America’s Private Data

Wisconsin joins 19 states to stop DOGE from accessing millions of American’s private sensitive data.

Attorney General Josh Kaul says the lawsuit claims the Department of Government Efficiency was given illegal unauthorized access to its centralized payment system. It would enable Trump’s administration to block federal funds for health care, childcare and other services. The lawsuit is asking for an injunction and acknowledgment that these policy changes are unlawful and unconstitutional.
