Eau Claire County wants to help residents when it comes to 9-1-1 outages.
Although 9-1-1 outages aren’t common, they do happen. If you’re unable to get a hold of 9-1-1, you can call from another device. If that doesn’t work,the non-emergency line is also available to help. The communications centers across the state are connected so if one is down, you will eventually be rerouted to another one.
