Alberto Pineda Soria, 33 years of age, from Red Wing, MN has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Eau Claire Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 4th offense.
A Wisconsin State Trooper was assisting a Pierce County Sheriff’s Deputy with an impaired driver investigation. While the original investigation was being conducted, the driver’s husband arrived on scene. During the Trooper’s contact with the second driver, it was determined signs of impairment were present and a second investigation was started. The male driver refused to exit his vehicle and refused all field sobriety testing. The driver was arrested for operating while intoxicated, 4th offense.
He was transported to a local hospital where a warrant was obtained for a legal blood draw. Upon completion of the blood draw, the male was transported and turned over to the Pierce County Jail.
