Wisconsin is joining a multi-state coalition challenging President Trump’s plan to end birthright citizenship.
President Trump signed an executive order that would revoke citizenship for people whose parents were illegal immigrants when they were born on US land. Governor Tony Evers and Attorney General Josh Kaul say the change would violate the Constitution. Seventeen other states and two cities are also joining the lawsuit.
