A registered sex offender is being released and will be living in Neillsville.
The Neillsville Police Department said 34-year-old Brandon Lippert was convicted of third-degree sexual assault in March of 2013. He’ll be living in an apartment at 202 East Fifth Street. Lippert will be under the supervision of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
