Investigation Continues into Deadly Worksite Accident

Two people are dead after a basket lift tipped over in Galesville over the weekend. 

The Trempealeau County Sheriff’s Office said it happened in Galesville on Saturday afternoon.  Two men were in a basket of an aerial lift trimming trees when the accident happened.  The lift was on a slight slope causing it to tip over.  The men, whose names haven’t been released, died at the scene.
