A man is wanted in Juneau County on three counts of first-degree intentional homicide in the shooting deaths of a 33-year-old woman and two girls, ages 12 and 13.
Authorities say 47-year-old Virgil Thew is wanted through Wisconsin Probation and Parole. Elizabeth Kolba and the two girls were found dead on Monday with gunshot wounds to the head inside a locked bedroom at a home in New Lisbon. Police said Kolba was Thew’s live-in girlfriend, but did not identify the two girls. Thew, who is considered armed and dangerous, is described as a five-foot-eleven white man, weighing around 160 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He’s said to have a one-inch scar on his forehead. According to a criminal complaint, a trail camera showed Thew in the Lisbon Township. Authorities say if you see him, call 911 and do not approach him.
