Gun Order Still In Place For Man Connected To Madison School Shooting

The gun violence restraining order remains in place for the 20-year-old California man who had been communicating with the Abundant Life Christian School shooter.

There are no criminal charges so far against Alexander Paffendorf, but the gun violence restraining order preventing him from having weapons will remain in place until at least April, when the next hearing occurs. The FBI detained Paffendorf in Carlsbad after discovering messages between him and 15-year-old Natalie Rupnow, who killed a student, a teacher and herself last month. The messages said he would carry out his own attack against a government building.
