A Black River Falls man is being accused of his 6th operating while intoxicated offense.
According to a press release, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office received a report of an erratic driver in the U.S. Highway Twelve in the Town of Brockway on January 1st. When a deputy tried to pull Wayne Withers over, he fled at a high speed then eventually crashed in a wooded area. He was taken into custody and booked for suspicion of operating while intoxicated, recklessly endangering safety and fleeing an officer.
