Public health managers in Eau Claire are continuing to monitor the status of any local norovirus cases.
There’s been a norovirus spike across the country, and hundreds of people have already been hospitalized with the stomach bug. The health department’s Sarah Seifert says this is the season for the norovirus, so she says some cases should be expected.
